Founder, Director & Lighting Designer
Jordan Nasser
Jordan is a dedicated Drama and Welsh teacher based in Newport, with a background as a trained actor. He has experience working with a drama group for adults with learning difficulties, and is passionate about making theatre accessible for everyone, regardless of economic challenges. His commitment to inclusivity in the arts inspires students to explore their creativity develop their skills in a supportive environment.

Founder, Musical Director & Choreographer
Emily Peduzzi
Emily is a classically trained singer and musician, certified by the ABRSM (Royal Schools of Music). She is also a dancer, trained under the Royal Academy of Dance examination, and has extensive experience in drama. Currently, Emily serves as the area lead Performing Arts and Health and Wellbeing in a secondary school, where she passionately students to explore their creative talents.

Assistant Director & Stage Manager
Dan Keedwell
Dan is a dedicated Volunteer Assistant Director who brings enthusiasm, organisation, and a collaborative approach to the production team. Working closely with the director and cast, Dan helps to support rehearsals, coordinate creative elements, and contribute to the smooth running of the production process. With a strong passion for performance and storytelling, Dan is committed to creating a positive and engaging experience for both the BC team, cast, and our audiences.

Technical Manager
Gerard Fenlon
Gerard is an apprentice trained former BT engineer with over 30 years experience in building sets and stages, sound, lighting, and video. A self confessed gadget freak who loves making things happen, whatever the challenge. Gerard's hard work, commitment, and passion make him a pivotal part of the BC team.

Front of House Manager
Debs Tyreman
Debs is trained in Theatre Arts and Performance, having worked front of house at the Northcott Theatre in Exeter. Her journey continued as she took the reins of the Exeter Festival, showcasing her passion for the arts. Debs is also a secondary school trained drama teacher and has previously directed numerous shows with various theatre groups, blending education with her love for performance.

Front of House Team
Robert Peduzzi
Rob is a valued member of our Front of House volunteer team, helping to create a warm, welcoming, and positive experience for everyone who visits our shows. With experience in international training and development programmes and a passion for supporting the community, Rob ensures smooth running of all BC events. Their enthusiasm, reliability, and dedication make them an important part of our team.
